Tipping is used to aid in the insertion and guidance of devices such as catheters and introducers.
Our tipping platform utilizes quick-change thread-in, thread-out designs, allowing us to have minimum down time and maximum production. Our high-density carbide dies give us the capability to create damage resistant tips and can be used for extended production runs, resulting in longer tool life. We work with our customers to create tipping dies that can be contoured to accommodate all medical catheter tip applications.
