Lubricious Coatings

At Biomerics, we offer a variety of lubricious coating technologies used in catheter, balloon, and guidewire applications. Our coating technologies include heat cure, urethane based systems as well as UV cure systems. We partner with customers to develop the material, manufacturing method, and validation plan for the given application. Our in-house polymerization mixing and computer controlled coating systems enable us to manage the program from concept through commercial launch.
